Danish Teak Coasters with Holder, Set of 12 – 1960s
A beautiful Danish vintage teak coaster set from the 1960s, consisting of 12 wooden coasters and a matching original storage holder. A lovely example of Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern design, combining everyday practicality with natural materials and thoughtful craftsmanship.
Each round coaster features a gently recessed centre and a raised outer edge. The rich, warm reddish-brown tones of the teak and its beautifully visible grain bring a timeless elegance to any table setting. Subtle variations in colour and grain highlight the natural character of the wood.
The matching teak holder keeps all 12 coasters neatly organised. Its simple construction, with four upright wooden supports, creates a clean and architectural appearance. When not in use, the set makes a charming decorative detail on a sideboard, bar cabinet or vintage serving trolley.
Perfect for both everyday use and entertaining, this set captures the enduring appeal of 1960s Danish Modern design, where even the smallest household accessories were created with care and attention to detail.
The set includes 12 teak coasters and a matching wooden storage holder.
